Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Property Stop Partner Portal (“Portal”) operated by Property Stop Lettings (“Property Stop”, “we”, “us”) at forms.property-stop.com. By accessing or using the Portal you agree to these terms.
1. Who may use the Portal
The Portal is a private workspace for authorised partner agencies and Property Stop staff. Access is by invitation or account provisioned by Property Stop. There is no open public registration. You must keep login credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
2. Licence to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Portal solely for legitimate lettings workflows with Property Stop, including submitting memos of let, reviewing related records and signing documents when invited to do so. You must not copy, reverse engineer, scrape or misuse the Portal or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to see.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or incomplete information knowingly
- Upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content
- Interfere with the Portal’s security, availability or integrity
- Share accounts between users unless we have expressly allowed it
- Use the Portal for any purpose other than authorised partner business with Property Stop
4. Accuracy of information
Partner users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, including landlord, tenant, property and tenancy details. Property Stop may rely on that information when progressing lettings work and generating documents.
5. Documents and electronic signatures
Documents made available through the Portal (including terms of business and related forms) may be signed electronically. Signing a document in the Portal has the same effect as signing a paper copy, subject to applicable law. Keep copies of documents you sign for your own records.
These site terms are separate from any landlord Terms of Business, agency agreements or other commercial contracts between you and Property Stop.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, update or withdraw features for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
7. Intellectual property
The Portal, its design, branding and software remain the property of Property Stop or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit, and you grant us a licence to use that content as needed to operate the Portal and provide our services.
8. Liability
The Portal is provided for business use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Property Stop excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the Portal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if an account appears compromised, or if a partner relationship ends. You may stop using the Portal at any time.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Portal after changes means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers (if any) may benefit from mandatory local protections where applicable.
